Long-term powder painting
Our Flexi-Coat powder painting provides first-class protection from corrosion - this ensures a long life for the spreader. The crucial part of the robust coating is a thorough pre-treatment. We steel blast, grind and round the steel edges before painting. Just before painting, the parts pass a 45 minute cleaning process that ensures maximum adhesion of the paint.
The powder is applied electrically charged with 10-12,000 volts to ensure 100% adhesion to the part. It helps ensure that the painted parts meet our strict quality requirements and correspond to the quality used in the offshore industry.
